• Through AWS Marketplace, Serpro (federal data processing) can hire companies like Palantir without bidding
• USP, Unesp, Unicamp (top Brazilian universities) also use these structures
• After 2016, Brazil free software programs were dismantled by presidential decree
• The Justice system uses Gmail and Google Workspace
• The judiciary uses Cloudflare CDN

This is a national sovereignty emergency. Brazil has the talent and capacity for digital sovereignty but abandoned its free software path.
